Booking Policy & Spa Etiquette

To ensure a seamless and tranquil experience for all guests, please observe the following guidelines:

Reservations & Payment

Pre-payment: Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking for all individual treatments, thermal sessions, and spa day packages.

Arrival: We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete a health questionnaire and transition into your spa attire. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time.

Cancellations & Amendments

Individual Treatments: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or amendments. Cancellations made within 48 hours, or non-arrivals, will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.

Spa Days: A 7-day notice period is required to cancel or move a spa day booking. Changes or cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Health & Wellbeing

Consultation: All guests must complete a confidential health questionnaire prior to their treatment. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or if you are pregnant at the time of booking.

Maternity: Specialised maternity treatments are available only after the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Medical Disclosure & Advice: It is vital to inform the spa about your diagnosis and current treatment stage when booking. We strongly recommend consulting your oncologist or GP before your visit to confirm which treatments are suitable for you.

Restricted Treatments: Standard high-pressure or deep-tissue massages are generally avoided. Instead, look for our Wellness Recovery page, which uses gentle, rhythmic techniques that are safe for those with compromised immune systems.

Spa Etiquette

Environment: The spa is a sanctuary of peace. Please keep mobile phones on silent and maintain low noise levels in all

relaxation areas.

Attire: Swimwear must be worn in the thermal suite, pool, and communal areas. Robes, towels, and flip flops are provided for your comfort.

Valuables: We recommend leaving jewellery and valuables at home. The spa is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
